“Mill Creek Trails”, Magnolia
In 2017 a syndicate of Australian based investors was sourced to take a 50% stake in the purchase of a 67 acre parcel on the outskirts of “The Woodlands” in North Houston, with the intent to develop 265 housing lots and community facilities.
In 2018 a new partnership was formed with the adjoining land owner, to jointly develop the two parcels into 445 lots as a single community. Water and Sewer utilities were negotiated with a private supplier and Lots presold to two Houston based builders. Civil works began on Section One late 2019. Works on the final 117 lots in Section Three were completed Jan 2024.
