Purchase of a 98 acre parcel of land, 22 miles North of Houston CBD with intent to develop 430 lots targeting entry level housing.  Sourced Project Equity from Australia.  Negotiated private water and sewer utilities and pre sale of 100% of lots “off plan” to a US top 5 volume builder.  Section One (102 lots plus public reserves) handover March 2022.  Section Two (113 lots) works to begin Q4 2022 with handover Feb 23.
