The company’s President, Darren Ward, had a successful career in Melbourne from the mid 1980’s too early 2000’s as a specialist property development financier with some of Australia’s pre-eminent commercial and investment Banks.

In the early 2000’s, Darren left corporate life and began successfully developing a number of town house developments before progressing to larger apartment complexes. These were primarily mid rise projects in the inner Melbourne suburbs. In  2006 Darren and his wife established a real estate agency and facilities management business to maintain the common areas of the projects, as well as service the on-going management needs of investors who purchased properties within their developments.  This company successfully traded for over ten (10) years, until it was sold in 2016 as part of their move to the US.
